Information for Investment Professionals

CNSX's Deal Exchange has been created to complement your business with a cost-free, time efficient system for viewing companies that are seeking to raise capital.

To join Deal Exchange as an investment professional you must have the appropriate registration with one of the provincial securities commissions in Canada. Deal Exchange is a free service for registered investment professionals.

Once Deal Exchange has confirmed your registration your account will be activated and you will be able to view companies by industry and/or financing amount.

The companies on Deal Exchange are either already listed on CNSX - Canadian National Stock Exchange , or they are private or public companies that have applied for a listing on CNSX.

Companies not listed on CNSX must fill out a Listing Application and Personal Information Forms (PIFs) to access Deal Exchange. Please note that the companies that participate in Deal Exchange are not obligated to list on CNSX before or after they receive financing.

Please note that being accepted by Deal Exchange does not in any way imply that the company has been approved for listing on CNSX.

Companies that have signed up to Deal Exchange post a business summary with their required financing indicated. The business summaries are anonymous; the company's name, management team and contact details are not disclosed until you request more information on that company. You will be updated by email as new business summaries are posted on Deal Exchange.

Once you have found a company that you are interested in, click on the button at the bottom of the business summary to request more information. A Deal Exchange staff member will receive your request and inform the company of your interest. Once the company gives Deal Exchange permission to disclose their company name and contact details, a Deal Exchange staff member will contact you with that information.

After that, it is between you and the company.

All contact information regarding Investment Professionals is confidential and not disclosed until you request more information on a particular company.
