6. You undertake that all activities resulting from the Deal Exchange referral will be in full compliance with applicable securities law, including but not limited to the registration and prospectus requirements and any exemptions therefrom.
7. You acknowledge and accept that when you request contact information on a company posted on Deal Exchange your information will be provided to the company. The company may for any reason refuse to disclose its name or contact details to you.
